How RBI uses information
RBI may use submitted information to respond, understand the proposed project, arrange follow-up communication, maintain inquiry records, and protect the form from misuse.
Privacy
This policy explains how RB Innovative handles information submitted through this website and the limited technical information processed when the site is used.
Effective August 2, 2026
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, work email, project details, and, if you choose to provide them, your organization, phone number, and project type. Please do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information through the form.
When online delivery is configured, this information is sent to RBI through a server-side delivery provider so RBI can review and respond to the inquiry. If delivery is unavailable, the form displays an error and retains the entered information in your browser so you can try again.
How information is handled
RBI does not use the contact form to collect payment information or account credentials.
RBI may use submitted information to respond, understand the proposed project, arrange follow-up communication, maintain inquiry records, and protect the form from misuse.
The website server processes standard request information, which may include an IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. The contact endpoint uses an address temporarily for rate limiting and does not include it in the inquiry sent to the delivery provider.
The current website does not load analytics, advertising trackers, embedded media, or nonessential cookies. If that changes, this policy and any required visitor controls should be updated before those tools are enabled.
Hosting and the configured contact-delivery provider may process limited information to operate the website and deliver an inquiry. RBI should configure those providers to receive only the information needed for those purposes.
The website application does not intentionally store contact submissions in its local files or database. RBI and its configured delivery provider may retain inquiries and related communications as needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations. No fixed retention period is currently published.
RBI uses reasonable application controls intended to limit misuse and unauthorized submission. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may use the project inquiry form to ask about information previously submitted or request a correction. Please do not include confidential, regulated, or sensitive information.
RBI may update this policy when the website, delivery providers, or information practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
